• Up to three (3) previews and five (5) corrections.
• Constant comunication.✿WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE.
• Full resolution finished art (up to vgen's filesize).✿WHAT CAN YOU DO.
•You can use my art for (but not limited to) Character presentation, posting on social media, making other media (video), profile picture, roleplaying, etc.✿EDITING.
• The original artwork made by me should NOT be heavily edited. Creating icons or banners is fine, like cropping.
• If the edit is very minor (eg. adding details after the commission is marked as finished), you may do so, however please HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL FILE.
• Credits have to be given to "Darun" or "Kymmmy" respectively. (Please have in mind that "Kymmmy" is my username on the adoptable community, YCH.commishes, YCH.art, FurAffinity, etc. Only credit "Kymmmy" if you've bought an adoptable from those websites, since on VGEN I go exclusively as "Darun").✿RESELLING.
•If my art is used as extra art for a character, you may charge for it as so. DO NOT sell as a single piece, DO NOT sell as yours and DO NOT charge more than what you paid for.
• You MUST give credit.✿OFFENSES THAT WILL RECEIVE A WARNING.
• Reposting my artwork without credits.
• Not replying for more than three (3) days.✿OFFENSES THAT WILL GIVE YOU INSTANT BLACKLIST.
• Claiming the original artwork as your own.
• Asking for a refund.
• Uploading my artwork into specifically AI training datasets.
•Using my artwork/designs for AI Generated pictures.
• Not replying for more than 7 days.✿WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU GET BLACKLISTED.
•Your username will be added to a public list that anyone can access with the reason you got blacklisted.
•I WILL NOT work with you ever again.✿WHERE CAN I SEE THE BLACKLIST?

• When you have purchased a character from me, said character can be used for (but not limited to) stories, RP, ships, etc.
• Said characters don't have gender, history or personality, and you do not have to use my canons for them.
• Trading and gifting are both permitted, but please kindly inform me first.
• I still retain the right to post and use the art I have drawn (your ownership will be credited).
• No co-ownership is allowed.✿EDITING.

• Reselling will be permitted ONLY by informing me first.
• You MUST inform me who buys the character.
• You must have owned the adoptable design at least 4 weeks/1 month before you can resell it.
• You are only eligible to resell the adoptable if you are the ORIGINAL OWNER or paid for it. The design must be fully paid for.
• You must have the un-edited, full file of the adoptin order to resell it.
• You cannot sell it for more than what you paid, but may add the cost of extra art.
• You MUST give credit to @Kymmmy or @Darun for the design.✿OFFENSES THAT WILL RECEIVE A WARNING

•Al comprar un personaje diseñado por mi ("Kymmmy", "Darun"), dicho personaje puede ser utilizado (pero no limitado) para: Historias, Roleplaying, ships, etc.
•Los personajes no tienen género, historia, sexualidad o personalidad definidos, y no es obligación mantener mis ideas de ellos.
•Intercambiar y/o regalar está permitido, pero porfavor házmelo saber antes de.
• Como artista, reservo mi derecho a postear y utilizar el arte que dibujé del personaje. (Se darán créditos de que el personaje es de tu propiedad).
• La propiedad compartida NO ES PERMITIDA.✿SOBRE EDITAR.
• El archivo original hecho por mi NO DEBE ser editado en exceso. Cortarlo para crear iconos está permitido.
• Si la edición a hacer es menor (como agregar detalles, aretes, joyas, etc.), puedes hacerlo, pero DEBES tener un respaldo del archivo original.
• Los creditos deben ser dados a "Darun" o "Kymmmy" respectivamente. (Porfavor ten en cuenta que "Kymmmy" es mi nombre de usuario en la comunidad se adoptables (Ych.commishes, Ych art, FurAffinity, etc.) por ende SOLO da créditos hacia "Kymmmy" si compraste desde las plataformas previamente mencionadas. Si compraste desde VGEN, puedes darme crédito como "Darun".✿REVENDER.
• Revender está permitido SOLO si se me informa primero.
• DEBES informarme quién comprará el personaje.
• Debes haber sido propietario del personaje por al menos cuatro (4) semanas/ un (1) mes antes de revenderlo.
• Solo puedes revender el personaje si eres el DUEÑO ORIGINAL o si PAGASTE POR ÉL. El pago debe estar completo. Si recibiste el personaje como un regalo, NO PUEDES REVENDERLO.
• Debes tener el archivo completo y no editado del adoptable para poder revenderlo.
• NO puedes venderlo por más dinero de lo que pagaste, pero puedes añadir coste de arte extra si aplica.
• DEBES dar crédito del diseño a @Kymmmy o @Darun.✿OFENSAS QUE RECIBIRAN UNA ADVERTENCIA.
• Repostear mi arte sin créditos.
• No responder por más de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas en la subasta una vez ganas. (Si el adoptable que compraste NO fue subastado, ignora este punto).✿OFENSAS QUE RECIBIRÁN BLACKLIST INSTANTÁNEO.
•Decir que el arte comisionado fue hecho por ti.
•Subir mi arte a sitios que es especializan en entrenar IA generativa.
•Usar mi arte para generar contenido con IA generativa.
•No responder por más de siete (7) días.
•Pedir un reembolso.✿QUÉ PASA SI QUEDAS "BLACKLISTEADO".
•Tu nombre de usuario será añadido a una lista pública que cualquiera puede acceder, junto a la razón de porqué estás en ella.
•NO trabajaré contigo.✿¿DÓNDE PUEDO VER LA BLACKLIST?

• El dibujo terminado en la mejor resoluciónull (limitado por el tamaño de archivo que maneja Vgen).✿QUÉ PUEDES HACER.
•Puedes usar mi arte para: Representar tus personajes, postear en redes sociales, hacer otras cosas (videos por ejemplo), utilizar de foto de perfil, hacer roleplay, etc.✿SOBRE EDITAR.
